Co-working space

Life after Covid-19 is not going to be business as usual. People working from home will be the new norm, and their weekly grocery shop and other services will be met by the local neighbourhood centre that is within easy walking distance.

As more people focus on working at or near their home, it’s expected that many more people will spend up to 90% of their lives living and working in the communities that they live. Glen Junor plans on designing housing and community co-working spaces to accommodate digital facilities, dedicated work/office areas and also recreation space in support of this reshaped reality.

Through intelligent masterplanning of Glen Junor, we will create truly great co-working spaces that provide opportunity for social connection and encourage the development of a neighbourhood to allow a healthy balance between work, family and recreation.
